What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in export administration and international trade where I can own customs documentation, supplier coordination, and shipment readiness. I’m available immediately, willing to travel, and thrive where data-backed back-office work and B2C growth come together.

I’m a professional focused on export and B2C e-commerce in Asia, grounded in 14 years of investment banking analysis. I transitioned into international trade to apply my financial analytical rigor and strategic mindset to customs, logistics, and cross-border operations.

In my current role, I manage customs documentation end-to-end, including review of sales contracts, invoice preparation, and preparation of analysis/sanitary/origin certificates, packing lists, and EMCS document management. I also handle logistics cost calculation, multi-currency transfers, shipment process supervision, and issue resolution before export products ship.

I coordinate suppliers to ensure they deliver the right documentation details (e.g., net weight, logistical size, buyer address, and technical sheets), and I organize trade fairs where I represent and connect brands with the market. I also run accounting and invoicing, storage control, national stock control in Spain, and follow up with local distributors in destination countries.

On the commercial side, I support B2C execution on Chinese platforms through marketing and design work, creating product videos/presentations/photos using Canva and CapCut. I’ve also built my profile with WSET Level 4 (DipWSET) and extensive hospitality and wine advisory experience, which strengthens how I collaborate with partners and communicate value to clients.
