Min'enhle Ncube
@minenhlencube
I coordinate digital health innovation, research, and participatory learning across Southern Africa.
What I'm looking for
I've designed digital health and data-governance workshops in Lusaka with startups, policymakers, health actors, digital-rights stakeholders, and community representatives. My work on AI-enabled maternal health platforms examines how datasets, risk scoring, and care are shaped across Zambia and Southern Africa.
Through doctoral research at the University of Cape Town and Mozilla Foundation-supported research, I've produced policy-oriented and public-facing work on data bias, representative datasets, AI governance, and maternal healthcare. I also bring startup experience from HighTechXL, where I worked with deep-tech teams, founders, engineers, mentors, and investors to test ideas and assess emerging technologies.
I've taught interdisciplinary courses for international student cohorts through CIEE, IES Abroad, the University of Zambia, and the University of Cape Town. I build reflective, field-connected learning environments using workshops, discussion, mentorship, writing, and community engagement.
