What I'm looking for

I am seeking a mission-driven role managing bursary, scholarship, or alumni programmes where I can lead teams, drive data-led improvements, and contribute to social impact and leadership development.

I am a proactive, empathetic programme management professional with over six years' experience in the social impact sector, specialising in bursary and scholarship programme management. I lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver strategic programmes with integrity and care.

Currently I serve as Pre-Service Programme Manager at the Jakes Gerwel Fellowship, where I coach teams, prepare budgets, manage events, and report programme outcomes to the Board. I also led alumni strategy work and oversaw scholarship renewals on Salesforce.

Previously I worked at StudyTrust and in various project lead roles where I designed impact programmes, tracked alumni careers, managed bursary administration, and coordinated complex recruitment and assessment centres. I have completed leadership and coaching short courses and facilitated changemaking and entrepreneurial mindset trainings.

I bring strengths in stakeholder engagement, data-led programme improvement, facilitation, and leadership development, and I am committed to inclusive practice and community development. I am results-oriented, collaborative, and focused on driving measurable social impact.
