What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can use my multilingual communication, service, sales, and problem-solving skills to support international clients and create excellent experiences.

I've supported international clients as a Call Center Agent for hospitals and clinics in Istanbul, delivering friendly, attentive service across high volumes of inquiries. I communicate professionally in English, Arabic, French, and Turkish while adapting to different customer needs.

I've also welcomed and assisted guests at Hilton Hotel, managing check-ins, check-outs, requests, and complaints to create smooth guest experiences. With a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Finance, I bring customer service, sales, negotiation, and medical tourism experience.
