I’m a Business Analyst focused on making systems behave the way the business expects. I work end-to-end on ERP and integration projects, challenge unclear requirements, surface risks early, and push for solutions that are practical, testable, and usable.

In my current role, I spearheaded business analysis and process mapping for multiple cloud ERP solutions, including ABN Unisol & ABN Genesis. I supported core modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Payroll, plus CRM, Academics, Admissions, and Student Accommodation.

I also support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of SaaS platforms by managing client tickets, analyzing feature requests, and refining workflows to align with user needs. I led requirements gathering and delivery for a bespoke academic management portal for TVET CDACC, translating outcomes into user stories and acceptance criteria, and validating with UAT and stakeholder workshops.

Previously, as an Implementation Engineer, I handled tier 1 IT support for non-technical internal users through desk-side troubleshooting to keep daily operations running smoothly. I also led implementation and testing/quality assurance for ERP solutions, working through system configuration, user training, and ongoing support—backed by hands-on troubleshooting, SQL-based data analysis, and operational reporting.
