At Ashru Medical, I’m Head of Operations & Human Resources, partnering with the executive team to align HR strategy, operations, and organisational development with company goals.
I manage budget forecasting across departments and oversee payment approvals, supplier procurement, and budget verification. I also support new branch establishment across Africa and internationally, including organisational structure and headcount planning.
At Liugong Machinery, I worked as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Officer. I processed payroll for approximately 180 employees, managed recruitment, and represented the company at CCMA hearings.
I’m completing a BCom Honours in Human Resource Management at MANCOSA. My experience includes HR and operations in manufacturing, construction, and international trading environments.
