What I'm looking for

I'm looking for customer support, customer success, product support, community support, or support operations work where I can resolve complex customer issues, improve workflows and quality, collaborate remotely, and grow into team leadership.

I've supported customers at Creative Fabrica and HKR Media across account, subscription, billing, platform, and e-commerce issues. I troubleshoot technical problems, de-escalate concerns, and work with internal teams to improve customer experience.

As an Operations Leader at HKR Media, I led content-curation workflows for a large digital and e-commerce environment. I monitored KPIs, conducted quality reviews, coached teams, and coordinated projects through Asana and Atlassian Confluence.
