At HABITA FIX – REAL ESTATE & PROPERTY SERVICES, I manage property sales and short- and mid-term rentals, supporting clients from listing through closing.
I oversee Airbnb property administration, including guest communication and housekeeping coordination, and supervise residential maintenance to protect property value.
Before HABITA FIX, I worked in learning and development at ROSEWOOD SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE and HOTEL MARQUIS LOS CABOS. I implemented training plans supporting LQA, Distintivo H, Rainforest Alliance, and AAA Diamond audits.
I also taught English at Barceló Los Cabos, Royal Solaris Los Cabos, and Harmon Hall institutes. My education includes informatics, graphic design, and English language studies.
