What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my client success, operations, training, and bilingual communication experience in a remote role supporting customers, teams, and scalable day-to-day processes.

I manage client and resident communications, maintenance, leasing, vendors, and escalations for U.S. rental properties at Shannon Property Management. I support day-to-day portfolio operations while helping onboard and cross-train team members.

Previously at Landing, I led utility operations, trained employees, and restructured training materials to improve consistency and knowledge retention. My background also includes bilingual customer and technical support, ESL and Business English instruction, and remote collaboration.
