What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Engineer who bridges technical systems and end-user communication in English and Spanish. I diagnose issues at the code and database level, then translate findings clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
Most recently, I built and delivered a production backend using FastAPI and PostgreSQL on Microsoft Azure. I migrated an Access-based operational database to a normalized relational schema, created a layered Service-Repository API structure, and implemented JWT authentication with database-backed role-based access control.
I also automate reliable delivery and operations—containerizing deployments with Docker and GitHub Actions, pushing images to an Azure VM, and securing internal access via Tailscale. On the workflow side, I developed N8N integrations that combine email processing with LLM API calls plus OCR/scraping inputs to reduce manual order-entry work.
Before engineering, I strengthened my support instincts in customer-facing roles, handling inbound account troubleshooting, plan changes, and migration support in a metrics-driven environment. I bring that same clarity and responsiveness to technical support: fast triage, accurate debugging, and dependable communication.
