I’m an Electronic engineer focused on building Python backends on Azure for Colombia’s national healthcare sector, with hands-on experience in serverless, event-driven architectures. I develop Azure Functions and FastAPI services, package with Docker, and ship through multi-environment CI/CD on Azure DevOps.

In my current role, I led the core audit-processing flow as microservices (Azure Functions + FastAPI + Docker) and improved reliability by resolving production issues like SQL Server authentication failures and VNet/bastion connectivity problems. I implemented JWT-based authentication validated locally via a shared key to reduce latency, and I supported the end-to-end delivery with dev/qa/prod pipelines and troubleshooting for DNS, authentication, and curl-exit failures.

I also help design the platform: I contributed to event-driven orchestration patterns, defined Service Bus message contracts, modeled SQL Server schemas and upsert logic for gloss management, and supported QA with load testing using AmqpOverWebsocket. Beyond core APIs, I developed a configurable PDF audit enrichment tool and a structural validation engine with rule-based logic for legal-entity claims.
