I’m a Multi-State Payroll & Billing Executive and Finance & Operations professional with experience in payroll administration, billing, and revenue cycle management, including claims processing and regulatory documentation.

In my current role at Cottage Home Care Services (USA), I process payroll for 3,500+ caregivers across New York, New Jersey, and Michigan using Viventium Payroll—covering PTO, sick leave, vacation pay, overtime, leave management, and payroll adjustments.

I also manage State Medicaid and commercial insurance billing, handling medical claim submission (UB-04, CMS-1500, MSA-1904), reimbursements, denials, appeals, and revenue recovery for payers including VNS Health and Molina Healthcare, among others. I support cash posting, billing reconciliation, and accounts receivable follow-up, using clearinghouses such as Availity and Smart Data Solutions (SDS), and I maintain audit-ready, compliance-focused documentation.

Beyond billing, I support workforce operations through HHAeXchange, manage private-pay transactions, and use QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and financial recordkeeping. I handle IRS Form 8850 applications for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program and apply accrual accounting principles, with working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
