I’m looking for a payroll role where I own end-to-end multi-state processing, ensure IRS and tax compliance accuracy, and partner with HR and employees to resolve discrepancies quickly and prevent repeat issues.

I’m a Senior Payroll Analyst with a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing for large-volume, multi-state teams, and I’m known for turning complex payroll issues into clear, corrected outcomes.

At Smarsh, Inc., I prepare and process USA bi-weekly, large-volume, multi-state payroll using Paycor and HR Bamboo, and I coordinate with management, HR, benefits, and employees to explain guidelines while identifying and resolving discrepancies. I also support Canada (ADP) and the UK payroll process, including W-2s and IRS forms (940 & 941), Modified Business Tax, and Zedra reporting for both salary and hourly employees.

Previously at Scientific Games, I handled bi-weekly, large-volume, multi-state payroll using ADP’s Work Force Now, ADP eTime, Oracle, and Workday. I managed electronic pay methods, bonuses, commissions, levies, garnishments, tax withholdings, and investigated, tracked, and resolved adjustments requiring corrections.
