What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead technology adoption, business transformation, process improvement, and workforce learning by translating complex systems and data into practical workflows and performance support.

I'm currently leading brokerage operations, training, and process improvement at Roadmap Realty, using business, pipeline, and market data to strengthen service delivery and decision-making.

At Blu Omega, I translated SAP BusinessObjects and STARSInformant reporting capabilities into practical workflows, training, and performance support for analysts and business users. I designed end-to-end learning and adoption programs using ADDIE principles and scenario-based approaches.

Previously, I supported the CDC's Grants Management Modules enterprise system at Dovel Technologies from implementation through sustainment. I gathered requirements, coordinated user acceptance testing, and helped train more than 2,000 CDC personnel across multiple user roles.
