Michelle Seleznova

I’m a customer success and product-focused professional with a background in fintech, financial data, and sustainability. I’ve worked with global financial institutions including Santander Asset Management and BlackRock, supporting the adoption of complex data platforms used in investment workflows. My role has involved onboarding clients, translating technical product outputs into actionable insights, and working closely with product and commercial teams to improve overall customer experience.

I’m particularly interested in roles at the intersection of finance, data, and real-world impact. While my experience started in ESG and sustainability-focused platforms, I’m increasingly drawn to broader financial and investment environments where I can apply analytical thinking alongside strong client-facing skills.

I studied International Development, with a focus on emerging technologies and their role in shaping more efficient and sustainable economic systems. Alongside that, I have a foundation in accounting and finance from my undergraduate degree, which continues to influence my interest in markets and investment-related work.

Professionally, I’m someone who enjoys working with people just as much as with data. I’m comfortable managing multiple client relationships, navigating complex problems, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. I’m now exploring opportunities where I can continue developing in client-facing, analytical roles within fast-moving, high-growth environments.
