As Regional Manager at Sisters Coffee Co. (Bend, OR), I oversee operations, profitability, staffing, and leadership development across multiple high-volume locations. I built, led, and developed a team of more than 40 employees, maintaining 77% retention during a national labor shortage when industry averages were significantly lower.

I handle all aspects of café operations, including hiring, training, performance management, labor planning, budgeting, profitability, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and operational execution. I also opened and scaled a new location—building the team from the ground up—contributing approximately $1.3M in first-year revenue while maintaining labor costs near 26%, and I analyze labor, sales, and financial performance to make strategic decisions.

Previously, as Mobile Manager at Ruby Jewel Scoops, I oversaw operations for high-volume mobile food service locations, including the Oregon Zoo and Moda Center. I develop managers and emerging leaders through coaching, accountability, performance reviews, and leadership development conversations, while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, kindness, and excellence.
