I am a hard-working, determined and flexible hospitality and cleaning professional who prioritizes the customer and delivers consistent results. I bring hands-on experience in food preparation, service, and cleaning across restaurant and short-term rental environments.

In my current role as a line cook I provide food preparation for all meals, maintain a clean work environment, and handle opening and closing duties to keep operations running smoothly. As a self-employed cleaner, I managed cleaning of rental condos, organized and scheduled a cleaning team, handled payroll, purchased supplies and managed paperwork including taxes.

Previously I provided inbound customer support and sales, tracking and documenting information in databases while resolving basic technical issues and offering additional products and services. I have serving experience taking orders, coordinating payments, and supporting team members in busy front-of-house settings.

I hold a Licensed Practical Nurse diploma and a high school diploma, am a fast learner, highly self-sufficient, and enjoy working in team-oriented, customer-focused roles where I can contribute reliability and strong work ethic.
