What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my clinical and operational leadership to improve care quality, patient flow, and exam readiness. I want a team where standardized training, compliance, and efficient scheduling directly strengthen daily clinic outcomes.

I’m a Certified Medical Assistant with 25+ years supporting high-volume outpatient clinics. I focus on improving patient flow and exam readiness through staff training and hands-on workflow checks.

As Clinical Back Office Lead at Tanner Medical Group (Oct 2023 – Present), I lead daily back-office operations and coordinate patient flow for an average of 150–200 patients per day. I manage scheduling, direct staffing and shift assignments, and ensure our clinic remains CLIA-compliant with testing QC documentation and corrections when needed.

I maintain exam readiness by developing practical tools like quick-reference checklists for vitals and EKG prep. I also train new team members on vitals, EKG setup and lead placement, and phlebotomy techniques following clinic protocols—helping standardize care and improve diagnostic-quality tracings.

Earlier, I built strong front- and back-office expertise at Tanner Medical Group and Wellstar Pulmonary Medicine, including EHR documentation in NextGen, Epic, and Cerner; prior authorizations through EHR workflows; and inventory control to prevent stockouts. I bring a calm, service-driven approach to patient advocacy, conflict resolution, and day-to-day operational reliability.
