What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine sales, operations, client support, and growing technical skills in computing, data, and web development while contributing to accurate systems and strong customer relationships.

I've supported sales, operations, and customer relationships across Pilatus Engineering, Eorita Africa New Energy, Link Pharmacy, and Leybe Motors in Zambia.

At Pilatus Engineering, I managed vehicle-to-parts allocation, maintained inventory records, monitored stock availability, and connected customers with the parts floor to close deals efficiently.

I've also supported senior leadership at Link Pharmacy through scheduling, correspondence, payroll processing, and monthly income and expense reporting. At Leybe Motors, I prepared quotations and invoices, supervised sales activity, and stepped in as Acting Manager to coordinate daily operations.

Alongside my commercial experience, I'm completing a BSc in Computing and building practical skills in Python, HTML, C, WordPress, and web development. I bring a detail-focused, data-driven approach to reporting, system accuracy, and client service.
