I seek roles leading program-level digital and CI transformations where I can drive measurable savings, build capability, and enable sustainable adoption in people-centered cultures.

I am a program manager and change enablement specialist with deep expertise in continuous improvement, digital transformation, and adoption. I have driven end-to-end programs across shared services, banking, manufacturing, and FMCG, delivering over $27M in savings and leading system implementations, integrations, and large-scale process improvements.

I combine technical rigor—SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma, CI tools—with people-centered change practices, training, and resilience coaching to accelerate adoption and sustain outcomes. I have led multi-country initiatives, built CI curricula, launched digitization projects that liberated thousands of hours, and founded Low-Key Wellness to integrate mental-health practices into organizational change.
