What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply business analysis, operations, financial reporting, and data-driven improvement skills in a role where I can work across teams and help deliver practical business solutions.

I'm currently a Business Analyst at 800 Storage Dubai, where I gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

I work with developers, testers, and product owners to deliver solutions that meet business needs on time. I also use data-driven insights and KPIs to support decisions and identify improvement opportunities.

Previously, at Capelli Sports in New York, I advised senior management on sales, stock, profit and loss, and other financial reporting. I led five operations assistants and conducted internal audits across orders, products, websites, and applications using SAP, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon.

My background also includes data reporting for EU EOM, operations and sales management at Pascolli, and training and user support at Profiles Software. I bring finance, operations, systems implementation, and multilingual communication in Arabic, English, and French.
