I've analyzed operational data at Mechaalany to uncover seasonal bottlenecks causing a 20% efficiency loss and develop a validated strategy supporting a 67% increase in annual output. Using Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, I translated findings into dashboards, recommendations, and a phased implementation plan for management.

My work spans supply-chain analytics at Fresh Fruit SARL, Arabic NLP and machine-learning research at the American University of Beirut, and hands-on operations management as a business owner.
