I’m an experienced educator with 10+ years of experience in international education, transitioning into customer education, customer onboarding, customer success, and EdTech. Throughout my career, I’ve trained and supported colleagues, facilitated learning for diverse audiences, explained complex information clearly, solved problems, coordinated projects, and helped people confidently adopt new tools and processes.

I’m particularly interested in customer-facing roles where education, communication, technology, and relationship-building intersect. I enjoy helping people understand how things work, creating useful resources, improving processes, and turning complex information into clear, actionable guidance.
