Seeking a challenging role as an course instructional designer

I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong background in teaching English as a second language and working with children. With over 3 years of experience in customer service and 1 year of progressive experience in child care, I have developed strong communication and leadership skills.

My experience as an ESL teacher has equipped me with the ability to work with diverse audiences, including Korean business workers and students of various ages and proficiency levels. I have a proven track record of creating engaging lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and providing ongoing support to help students achieve their goals.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have also worked with children with autism and other special needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis to teach adaptive behavior. I am committed to promoting positive relationships and healthy psychosocial adjustment in children, and I am excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my students.
