I’m a Learning & Development leader with 6+ years in education and 4+ years leading, training, and developing distributed foreign-teacher teams across two Korean schools. I design curricula, onboarding programs, and assessment systems, and I build production AI-powered learning tools used by real teaching teams.
As Deputy Head Teacher at Jeongsang Language School, I partner with the Head Teacher on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing performance coaching for a team of 11+ foreign teachers. I designed and rolled out curriculum improvements across multiple levels, including scope-and-sequence, lesson frameworks, and assessment standards used school-wide, then created a new-hire onboarding and classroom-systems training path to reduce ramp time.
Previously, as Head Teacher, English Program, at Altiora Language School, I led a 5+ foreign-teacher team with full people-management scope and owned the foreign-side curriculum end-to-end. Today, I’m also self-employed—Founder & Learning Tools Lead—shipping an AI-powered ESL toolkit in production across 3 schools, and I’ve founded DoSeoGwan to deliver a cloud-based library management SaaS for Korean private schools.
