I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate international programs and travel/accommodation operations end-to-end, solve problems in real time, and support teams with urgency, empathy, and strong service orientation—delivering organized, high-quality experiences for people and partners.

I support operational needs with initiative and professionalism, consistently strengthening teamwork to keep work efficient and student/partner experiences high quality. In my current role, I plan and support the execution of international educational programs, design academic and travel programs according to student needs, and manage travel documentation, schedules, itineraries, and program materials.

Previously, I managed overseas accommodation and complex travel logistics for crew rotations, including visas, expenses, transportation, and travel agencies, and I coordinated specialized vessel crew rotations. I also designed and monitored a 14-day Hotel Quarantine Protocol, achieved a 45% budget savings through strategic planning, and improved hospitality performance with increased ADR (25% per year) and ALOS (80%).
