At Cognizant’s EPS Solutioning Hub, I coordinate delivery, technical, and client-facing teams across engagement lifecycles, aligning proposed solutions with realistic delivery.
I’ve contributed to more than 30 Oracle-based enterprise solution bids and proposals, with 18 deals won to date. In a small team, I translate technical and process details into clear, decision-ready communication for non-technical stakeholders.
I also support client presentations and post-engagement follow-ups, building trust-based relationships while working across functions and cultures.
I joined Cognizant through the Oracle HR track, where I built a foundation in enterprise HR systems, HR process design, HR data structures, documentation, and coordination. With an MBA grounding in organizational behaviour and HR analytics, I’m focused on building a career in employee relations and workplace consultation.
