What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) with hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, supporting users, and keeping field operations running smoothly. I manage identity and access work, user lifecycle operations (onboarding/offboarding), and detailed technical documentation.
In my current role, I perform technical troubleshooting for mobile hardware and logistics devices, ensuring uninterrupted field operations. I also provide direct user onboarding support and maintain data integrity for remote reporting, aligned with organizational standards.
Previously, I coordinated IT support operations end to end—handling hardware diagnostics, remote software resolution, and client-facing technical communications.
My technical focus spans Active Directory (User/Group management, password support, OU management, and basic GPO testing), VPN troubleshooting, and remote support tools like AnyDesk and TeamViewer. I also administer virtualization environments with Proxmox VE and VirtualBox, while currently finalizing my CompTIA A+ certification to strengthen my remote and on-site help desk impact.
