I’m an IT Support Specialist with 10+ years delivering Tier 1-3 end-user and network support across enterprise, multi-site, and small-business environments. I maintain high system uptime by resolving complex hardware and software issues and translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

I own the full support lifecycle—ticketing, imaging and deployment, account provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding. I’m especially strong at secure remote-access setups using VPN/RDP and making sure users can work reliably from anywhere.

In freelance IT & Web projects, I’ve delivered Tier 1-2 end-user support to 12+ local businesses and engineering firms with same-day turnaround. I configure and maintain remote-access environments, manage workstation setup across Windows, and provide on-site and remote network support that reduces recurring downtime.

Earlier, I led IT operations and helpdesk workflows as an Operations & IT Manager, including supervising helpdesk staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring SLA and uptime compliance across multiple sites. I also built training programs and managed $500K+ annual technology and operations spend as a General Manager, and delivered Tier 2-3 support for 500+ internal users as a Software Engineer / IT Support.
