Since 2019, I’ve designed and run a self-hosted production-style environment with 13 hosts and more than 60 services. I built its hosts from code using Packer, Terraform, and Ansible, so they can be rebuilt or audited from Git.
I replaced static SSH keys with short-lived signed certificates and moved application secrets out of Git for runtime delivery. I also tuned security detection rules to reduce false positives while keeping real alerts visible.
As a Support Consultant at Supportyourapp, I provided remote application support for a SaaS product, handling 10–20 email tickets a day in Zendesk. I resolved issues or escalated complex cases, met SLA targets, and logged confirmed defects in Jira.
At Inbound, I designed and built an outreach workflow in Google Sheets, with automatic date stamping and status-driven steps. I also managed email outreach and client relationships, and trained and managed a team member to run the workflow.
