I have a strong commitment to enhancing patient care through effective management and innovative solutions.

Currently, I serve as the Center Director at WelbeHealth Sequoia PACE, where I oversee all aspects of the day program, ensuring high-quality services and participant satisfaction. My previous roles include Director of Quality and Compliance at Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital, where I directed quality management efforts and maintained compliance with regulatory standards. I am passionate about using data-driven strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient experiences.
