Previously, I served as Nurse Executive and Senior Clinical Program Advisor at Cigna Health Care, partnering with providers, clients, and market leaders to improve quality, affordability, value-based performance, and customer satisfaction. At Blue Shield of California and Blue Shield Promise Health Plan, I led care management operations with a $23M annual budget and 190 staff while supporting NCQA, Medi-Cal, and Medicare audit success.
