What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my coordination, cross-communication, and training skills into a corporate business role.

At University of California ANR, I supervise and administer the county 4-H Youth Development Program, including enrollment databases, facility agreements, and regional compliance reports.

I recruit, vet, and train volunteers and youth leaders using UC ANR positive youth development curricula. I also provide technical assistance on policy compliance and safety protocols, and facilitate online volunteer training.

I coordinate community outreach and county educational events, competitions, and exhibitions. My work also includes resolving program disputes in alignment with 4-H Conflict Resolution Policies.
