I’m a financial operations and accounts receivable professional with seven years of experience managing billing, collections, and financial reporting processes. I’m known for strong analytical, problem-solving, and data accuracy skills, with a detail-oriented approach to supporting financial operations and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Most recently as a Financial Analyst at ALERISLIFE, I supported financial operations by managing large-scale billing, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple communities. I managed $83M in annual billings and collections, coordinated month-end close activities (ancillary billing, census balancing, and cash reconciliations), and ensured reporting readiness with accurate reconciliations.

I also focused heavily on measurable reporting and controls—generating and distributing weekly and monthly financial reports including aging reports, rate increase reports, and ACH lists. I monitored monthly admissions for contract accuracy and compliance, and reviewed and approved requisitions submitted by community staff.

Earlier, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, I audited outstanding accounts to initiate and support the collections process, reviewed Medicare/Medicaid/insurance remittance advices, and rebilled claims as needed. I tracked and maintained all active accounts receivable activities while analyzing monthly financial reports to identify discrepancies and protect data accuracy.
