I'm interested in assessing the accuracy, logic, consistency, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.

On Huawei network projects supporting Safaricom Kenya, I work with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G performance data and drive-test observations to assess network behaviour and service quality.

I review network indicators and technical observations to help identify coverage, signal-quality, and performance concerns. I document findings and prepare technical updates that support troubleshooting and network optimisation.

At Oriolec Africa Limited, I coordinated implementation and operation of a 4G last-mile connectivity project, starting with a pilot in Bungoma County and later extending to Machakos and Eldoret. I supported network planning, installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

At Jamii Telecommunications Limited, I worked in the Network Operations Center, provisioning customer services and troubleshooting network faults within service-level targets. I used SAP ticketing workflows to record incidents, coordinate follow-up, and support ticket closure.
