I’m a Detail-oriented Telecommunications professional with experience in telecommunications operations, technical support, and engineering environments. I support technical operations through equipment monitoring, inspections, troubleshooting support, and technical reporting, while maintaining strong operational records and documentation.

Alongside telecom operations, I work as an AI Data Annotator / AI Training Specialist, annotating text, image, video, and multimodal datasets. I’ve supported Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model annotation using platforms like Encord and CVAT, focusing on data validation, quality assurance, and guideline-based labeling.

I’m comfortable bridging engineering and AI workflows—supporting dataset preparation, model evaluation, and AI response ranking workflows. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Information Technology, I bring process improvement, problem solving, and research and analysis to both technical operations and AI data quality.
