At Huawei Kenya, I drove network operations and service delivery across critical customer accounts, including Safaricom. I managed P1 incident resolution, SLA governance, and customer service reviews.

I introduced Huawei Operations Web Services (OWS) to improve operational visibility and automate maintenance workflows. I also oversaw proactive maintenance, network capacity evaluation, and traffic optimisation.

Earlier at Huawei Kenya, I directed Core Network delivery and contributed to projects including STP for Telecel (Zimbabwe), OSS and HLR for Zantel/Vodacom (Tanzania), and HSS for Zantel (Zanzibar). I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Kenyatta University.
