I maintained technician rosters and dispatch metrics in Google Sheets to support real-time updates and shift handovers. I also coordinated field responses while communicating with customers during stressful lockouts.
Before this, I worked as an Adjunct Lecturer of Anatomy and Physiology at the College of Community Health, University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, from 2022 to 2025. I lectured Community Health Officers and led classroom activities.
