At Emergency Communication Center, Jos, I handle and document emergency and non-emergency calls, keeping accurate digital records of conversations and actions. I prioritize requests by urgency and gather relevant information from callers.
I coordinate responses with police, road safety, fire and medical emergency personnel, while communicating with the public and handling sensitive information confidentially. Earlier, as an Educator at Government Secondary School, Gyel, Jos South, I prepared lesson plans, delivered lessons and evaluated students’ performance.
