At Jumia Nigeria, I coordinated daily delivery schedules, package assignments and reconciliation for 8–9 riders. I also scanned outgoing and returned items, supported delivery-system updates, and handled customer collections, enquiries, refunds and order requests.
At the Eleko Hub, I received truck deliveries, scanned items and updated company systems to keep physical stock aligned with database records, including when inventory exceeded 600 items. I supported rider operations, helped onboard and train new personnel, and earned recognition as the third-performing dispatch rider at the Challenge branch.
At IDP Education, I served as an event assistant and liaison to the University of Leicester representative, supporting prospective students and visitors and directing enquiries. I also provided on-site administrative and coordination support.
As a Graduate Teacher (NYSC) at Ajibode Grammar School, I taught Civic Education and English Language, prepared lesson materials, and recorded assessment results in Excel. At the University of Ibadan, I contributed to interdisciplinary research and led a project group that ranked first; I also conducted ethnographic field studies and mentored junior researchers.
