What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, internationally distributed opportunities where I can combine data analytics, business intelligence, technical customer success, implementation, and client-facing delivery across global time zones.

I've delivered data solutions at April9 Digital Consulting, investigating issues with SQL, coordinating UAT and releases, and supporting production deployments for large client projects.

I work between clients and technical teams, translating technical problems into clear information, triaging bugs through Zendesk, and coordinating resolution across developers, testers, and delivery teams. I also maintain SQL Server and SSIS data processes and support Amazon QuickSight dashboards.

Previously, I spent more than 10 years turning transport, mobility, and road-safety data into KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports for government decision-makers and external stakeholders in Medellín.

I'm motivated by data-driven problem solving, technical customer engagement, and helping teams make better decisions from reliable information.
