At Myer, I analyse and model loyalty, customer spend, sales, inventory, and acquisition data in BigQuery, helping ensure reports remain accurate through major platform migrations and multi-brand integrations. I use Dataform for standardised modelling and automated data-quality checks, while near-real-time Pub/Sub analysis helped make loyalty reward credits visible immediately.

Previously at 4WD Supacentre and WooliesX, I delivered payments reconciliation reporting, sales forecasting, campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and self-service dashboards. My work combines SQL, Python, GCP, Tableau, MicroStrategy, A/B testing, and statistical analysis to support finance, sales, marketing, product, and demand-planning decisions.

I've spent 10+ years delivering BI and reporting solutions across retail, ecommerce, and government organisations, with earlier experience as a Software Engineer. I'm a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and continue building my skills across Spark, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, machine learning, and Microsoft Fabric.
