I've delivered reporting, workflow, and decision-support solutions for CBS Group, Transport for NSW, Optum, and manufacturing and healthcare clients at Saven Technologies.
At CBS Group, I designed a SharePoint and Power Automate approval platform for Transport for NSW and built a seven-visual Power BI dashboard refreshed every 30 minutes for 50+ stakeholders. I also developed a risk-adjusted pricing framework with break-even thresholds and sensitivity analysis.
Previously, I owned healthcare reporting ETL and Power BI dashboards at Optum, covering claims processing, provider performance, turnaround time, and operational KPIs.
