I am looking for an entry-level position that allows me to utilize my analytical skills and commitment to customer service in a supportive and collaborative environment.

I am a resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. My experience includes an internship at the Department of Social Welfare and Development, where I supported the processing of government financial aid applications during the COVID-19 pandemic. This role allowed me to develop my analytical skills and gain hands-on experience in data entry and document verification.
