I’m looking for a remote or nationwide customer success role where I can protect and grow provider networks, lead scalable CS programs, and use AI-driven workflows to improve healthcare outcomes—partnering closely with executives and cross-functional teams.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success and Strategic Accounts leader with 10+ years of experience across healthcare, telehealth, and health tech. I specialize in protecting and growing complex provider networks (100–5,000 providers) through proactive risk identification, executive-level outreach, and strategic de-escalation.

At Nsight Health, I protect $20M+ in at-risk revenue in a single quarter and manage a nationwide portfolio to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. I also built the Customer Success Liaison (CSL) program from the ground up—sourcing, hiring, training onsite field staff—and authored the CSL Playbook with onboarding workflows, KPIs, and performance standards.

I bring a practical, scalable approach to growth—mentoring and leading a team of 5 CSMs while implementing AI-driven workflows using Claude AI and ChatGPT to automate client reporting and generate leading indicator dashboards.
