I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager with 13+ years in healthcare SaaS, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise health plans and providers. I lead end-to-end lifecycle ownership—success planning, recurring business reviews, customer health metrics monitoring, and renewal/expansion motions—grounded in measurable health and adoption outcomes.

I consistently drive retention and client value: I held 100% controllable Gross Revenue Retention with zero voluntary churn, and expanded portfolios from $49M to $69M TCV through restructurings. I’ve also secured a 3-year, $1M+ enterprise renewal in 2026 by repositioning long-term platform strategy, and stabilized a $12M at-risk account at full contract value by rebuilding executive sponsor relationships and restoring structured transparency across clinical and executive stakeholders.

At ZeOmega, I build AI and automation into day-to-day customer execution, operating autonomous workflows that generate pre-meeting intelligence briefs, support QBR/EBR preparation, and run weekly news/regulatory monitoring across client portfolios. I run structured quarterly business review cadences and guide configuration across multiple Jiva modules (care management, utilization management, prior authorization, appeals and grievances, case management, and member engagement), translating health-plan workflow needs into clear product roadmap inputs.
