I’m a Production/Restaurant Manager with 19 years in Production and Restaurant Management, focused on reliable operations, disciplined cost control, and strong leadership. I bring deep experience managing high-volume food production while keeping teams ready for on- and off-seasons.
In my current role with FMS Management Services (Dunkin LLC), I manage a Central Bakery supplying 47 locations, running a true 24/7 commercial manufacturing facility. I oversee delivery logistics, drivers, and fleet operations, while hiring and training managers, supervisors, and staff (45–70 employees) to sustain performance across peak demand.
Previously, as General Manager for Friendly’s LLC across multiple locations, I maintained and improved all cost controls and earned top scores in Health and Safety Inspections. I managed multiple sites simultaneously, built stronger workflows through team development, and ensured consistent standards across operations.
