What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead manufacturing operations with strong safety, QA, and continuous improvement—partnering cross-functionally on S&OP/IBP to deliver a single demand forecast and dependable production execution, while developing teams and driving measurable results.

I bring 15 years of manufacturing experience across IT, sales & marketing, production planning, production management, and warehouse operations, with 10 years in management roles. I’m certified in Lean Management (Lean Six Sigma) and invested in building high-performing teams through disciplined leadership and leading practices. I also ground decisions in strong analysis—using advanced Excel reporting and ERP data to improve execution and forecasting.

In my current Senior Production Manager role, I oversee facility operations spanning Safety, QA, Sanitation, Continuous Improvement, and Production. I develop budgets, ensure schedules are followed or amended for company and customer needs, and partner cross-functionally to create maintenance plans and raw material plans tied to forecast and orders. I also coach subordinate managers and team leads and lead or assist in improvement projects that strengthen performance.

Earlier roles strengthened my end-to-end planning and operations capability: as a Production Manager I owned production through shipping, built production schedules and forecasts, and managed finished goods inventory to match customer demand. Before that, I served as a Warehouse Manager and Master Scheduler, and I started in Sales & Marketing Analyst and IT administration—researching leads, publishing KPI-driven reports, and supporting manufacturing automation and information systems. Across every step, I’ve focused on consensus demand planning through S&OP/GPS and IBP, turning shared forecasts into reliable execution.
