What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT role where I can apply my technical knowledge, troubleshooting experience, customer support skills, and hands-on software development work to create practical solutions.

At CloudFit Software, I managed critical incidents, supported customers through phone, tickets, and email, and monitored automation in a 24/7/365 environment.

I work closely with customer business, development, operations teams, and executives in fast-paced settings. I've also built a functioning C# ticketing system for an online social media platform, enabling efficient tracking and management.

With a B.S. in Information Technology: Game Design from Liberty University and CompTIA Security+, I bring hands-on customer support, desktop support, troubleshooting, system configuration, and software development skills to IT work.
