What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role where I can combine hands-on technical support with software or game development, contribute to code quality, and grow through mentoring and impactful projects.

I am a computer science graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, game development, and software engineering tasks. I have resolved high volumes of user issues, restored systems after security tool failures, and maintained strong customer satisfaction while working in fast-paced environments.

Through a Software Engineering virtual program with Electronic Arts and participation in a game jam, I designed feature proposals, built C++ class headers and diagrams, patched bugs, and optimized codebases. I also contributed UI/UX and 2D art using Unity and Blender during collaborative game projects.

I bring strong problem-solving, multitasking, and documentation skills, and I aim to apply my technical and customer-facing experience to roles that value reliable support, code quality, and collaboration.
